Chairman Ge Haijiao Meets with Christopher Hayward, Chairman of the Policy and Resources Committee of the City of London

On June 16, Ge Haijiao, Chairman of Bank of China Limited, met with Christopher Hayward, Chairman of the Policy and Resources Committee of the City of London, at the Bank’s Head Office in Beijing. The two sides held in-depth discussions on further implementing the outcomes of the 11th China-UK Economic and Financial Dialogue, as well as on enhancing mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries in areas including RMB internationalization, green and sustainable development, and pension finance. Matt Crossman, the UK’s Deputy Trade Commissioner to China and Minister-Counsellor, also attended the meeting.
