投標保函：在以招標方式成交的工程建造和物資采購等項目中，銀行應(yīng)招標方的要求出具的、保證投標人在招標有效期內(nèi)不撤標、不改標、中標后在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)簽定合同或提交履約保函的書面文件。
