Joined in Bank of China in July 1993. Served as Business Assistant from July 1993 to June 1999 at the Bank of China 's Shandong branch; Served as Head of the Export Business Section from June 1996 to August 2002 at the Bank of China 's Shandong branch; Served as Deputy General Manager from August 2002 to February 2009 in the Global Trade Services Department of the Bank of China Shandong branch; Served as vice president / president in succession from February 2009 to May 2014 at Bank of China, Los Angeles Branch; Served as Head of Executive Office from May 2014 to October 2015 at the Bank of China, New York Branch; Served as President from October 2015 to May 2018 at the Bank of China, Munich Branch; Served as President of the Bank of China, Dusseldorf branch from May 2018 to June 2020; From June 2020 until today, he is serving as the President of the Bank of China, Luanda Branch. Graduated from Shanghai Financial College in 1993, major in International Finance, obtaining the Economics bachelor’s degree from Peking University in 1999. He possesses Diploma of Factoring from Factors Chain International as well as qualification of Certified Documentary Credit Specialist (CDCS) of ICC.
Ni Bing

Mr. Ni joined the Bank of China in 1999. From July 1999 to November 2005, he worked at the Risk Management Office of the Guangdong Branch of the Bank of China, serving successively as Staff Member, Deputy Section Chief, and Deputy Section Chief (Acting Section Chief). From November 2005 to October 2008, he served as Team Leader and Senior Risk Manager at the Risk Management Department of the Guangdong Branch. From October 2008 to December 2013, Mr. Ni served as Deputy General Manager of the Nansha Sub-branch in Guangzhou under the Guangdong Branch. From December 2013 to March 2015, he served as Deputy General Manager of the Credit Approval Center of the Guangdong Branch. From March 2015 to April 2019, Mr. Ni served as General Manager of the Corporate Banking Department of the Bank of China New Zealand Limited. From April 2019 to January 2025, he successively served as General Manager of the Risk Management Department of the Sydney Branch and President of the Melbourne Branch. From March 2025, serving as President Assistant Bank of China Luanda Branch. He graduated from Zhejiang University with a major in International Finance in 1999 and obtained a Master’s degree from South China University of Technology in 2014.
