職位：銀行合規(guī)官

工作職能描述：

· 對(duì)銀行法律法規(guī)，銀行政策及消費(fèi)者保護(hù)法等領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行調(diào)查評(píng)估，實(shí)施和管理。

· 與經(jīng)理室就法律政策方面緊密配合，并對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理方面提出建議。

· 對(duì)合規(guī)流程方面給予指導(dǎo)，監(jiān)督，組織開展合規(guī)培訓(xùn)。

· 調(diào)查潛在的不合規(guī)事宜，確保銀行各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)營合規(guī)。

· 作為第一聯(lián)系人聯(lián)系外部審計(jì)公司等。

· 參與銀行項(xiàng)目立項(xiàng)評(píng)估、商務(wù)談判、投資等工作，并提供法律支持。

崗位要求：

1. 一到五年的銀行合規(guī)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

2. 熟練掌握法語、荷蘭語及英語，并需要有一定的中文學(xué)習(xí)背景。

3. 可以獨(dú)立工作并具有良好的抗壓能力。

Bank of China (Luxembourg) S.A. Brussels Branch has started official operating since December 7th, 2010 and developed rapidly. We are looking for a Compliance Officer, the position requirements as following:

Function: Bank Compliance Officer

Job description:

· Researching, implementing and managing the areas related to banking regulations, banking policies and consumer protection.

· Working closely with management in the task of overseeing compliance policies and advising on risk management.

· Advising, overseeing and training banking staff on the matters of compliance procedures.

· Issuing investigations that are related to the possible non-compliance, and ensuring that proper compliance is taking place.

· Acting as the principle source of contact with the external audit companies.

· Participating in new projects evaluation, business negotiation, and financial investments as well as offering legal support.

Requirements:

1. 1 to 5 year's compliance related experience in banking sector.

2. Perfect French, Dutch and English skills. Some Chinese learning background is preferred.

3. Capacity of working independently and capable to work under pressure.
