Cross-border M&A loans are granted to finance the purchase price and related costs of mergers and acquisitions transactions, or to refinance and replace bridge financing initially used to pay such purchase price and costs.

M&A loans include short-term bridge loans as well as medium- and long-term loans, including medium- and long-term loans used to refinance short-term bridge loans.
